A note from Paula, founder Sageseas

I'm Paula. I spent 15 years as yacht crew and another 10 as a crew manager — so I know this industry from both sides, and I know how isolating yacht leadership can be.

The Sageseas Leadership Hub exists because the peer support and expert guidance I needed when I stepped into my first leadership roles simply didn't exist. SLH is built to change that — not by having all the answers, but by making sure you're not carrying everything alone.
